Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Partner:
All orders are shipped via UPS. We work closely with our carrier to ensure your packages are handled safely and delivered efficiently. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships so you can follow its progress in real time.
Processing & Transit Times:
Most orders are printed and shipped the same or next business day, depending on production volume and order size.
Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are generated by UPS and should be treated as estimates, not guarantees, as they can vary due to carrier workload, weather, or other external factors.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll help you file a claim with UPS and work toward a prompt resolution.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Policies
Once your package leaves our facility, UPS delivery times are beyond our control.
Refunds will not be issued for UPS Ground delays or transit issues caused by weather or logistics disruptions.
If a shipment is delayed or lost, we’ll assist in opening a UPS claim on your behalf.
If UPS declines the claim, United DTF will be unable to issue a refund independently.
