At United DTF, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their order. We accept returns and refunds when there is a genuine issue with the product or service provided.

Please note: UPS delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed by us. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we’re always happy to assist in filing claims or helping you receive a refund if your shipment is significantly delayed or lost.

Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted only if less than 80% of the prints have been used.

We do not guarantee acceptance of all return requests—each situation will be reviewed individually.

Any product defect or printing issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery for review.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
